Accessing the academic calendar through Webmail and Outlook

The Departmental Coordinator can let HEC PhD researcher access the HEC academic calendar through webmail and Outlook:

  • Contact the Departmental Coordinator in order to be added to the calendar users
  • You should receive an e-mail message from [email protected] with the subject title Sharing invitation: HEC Secretariat of Department - HEC Researchers Calendar. If you do not receive it, inform the Coordinator.
  • Log into your EUI e-mail account using Webmail and open the message mentioned above.   
  • Click on the Accept box
  • The shared calendar will be added automatically to your webmail calendar
  • If you use Windows Outlook, you should be able to see this calendar via Outlook as well
  • If you need assistance with this procedure please contact the Villa Salviati ICT User Support service through the EUI Helpdesk
