On 26 April 2023 the European Commission published the draft legislative text of the reformed Stability and Growth Pact: the proposals, which build on prior policy positions outlined by the European Commission during the Covid-19 pandemic, envision a significant overhaul of the legal and political functioning of Europe's economic governance architecture. The purpose of this event is to bring together experts from across the EUI to provide a first comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the Commission's legislative proposals and its consequences for European integration.
