Neha Jain, University of Minnesota Law School, will take up the Chair of Public International Law from September 2019.
Prof. Jain will be available for supervision in the areas of international criminal law and comparative human rights, but also on all aspects of international law theory and politics.
Martijn Hesselink, University of Amsterdam, will take up the Chair of Transnational Law and Theory from September 2019.
Prof. Hesselink welcomes research proposals on themes of European private law and its theory, especially contract, consumer and family law. And on topics of global law, justice and democracy.
