After the Thesis Defence Authorisation to Publish form - candidate is requested to complete the form at the day of the defence; it is obligatory and no doctoral diploma will be issued by Academic Service until the form has been signed and received by the department. Once a thesis has been published, the Department will be pleased to add the relevant publication details to its web page of Published PhD Theses.
