Biographical Note

Mei Lan Goei studied Political Science and from 1985 to 1996 worked as assistant professor at Leiden University (The Netherlands) where she obtained her PhD in 1989. Her thesis dealt with decision making processes in Dutch political parties with regard to the electoral programmes for the Dutch Parliamentary Elections of 1986.

She has been at the RSCAS since 2001.
