Biography

Signe holds a PhD in Law from the LSE, an MA in Politics from the New School for Social Research, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen. Signe’s research is on EU constitutional theory and she is currently working on a monograph entitled ‘The European Union as a Federation: A Constitutional Analysis’.

During the Max Weber Fellowship, Signe aims to finish her monograph. She furthermore intends to develop her new research project that is concerned with questions relating to the constitutional identities of the European Union and its Member States.

Signe has taught EU law at the undergraduate level at the LSE.
