Biography

Svitlana Lebedenko is a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow at the European University Institute. Her research focuses on law and governance, regulation of technology markets, innovation systems, and global intellectual property law. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute and an LLM from the College of Europe. Her PhD research project was awarded the EUI Hans Kelsen Special Doctoral Fellowship in Law. Svitlana Lebedenko has published in the IIC – International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law. In addition to her research, she has taught at the European University Institute and has been an invited speaker at IE University in Madrid, the University of Florence, and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
