The EUI is proud to once again be a partner of the Ideas Lab, the flagship event of CEPS, one of the leading European think tanks on public policy. The 2020 edition will feature academics and practitioners coming from the European University Institute.
Professor Brigid Laffan, Director of the Robert Schuman Centre (RSC) at the EUI, and Dr. Gaby Umbach part-time professor at the RSC’s Global Governance Programme, will both speak at the event.
SPS alumnus Dr Stefaan De Rynck, Head of Unit at the European Commission’s UK Task Force, and ECO alumna Dr Natacha Valla, Deputy Director of Monetary Policy at the European Central Bank (ECB) will also take part.
The EUI will have a stand at the event to inform conference attendees of the research and training activities we have on offer. In particular, we will put the spotlight on the many European projects in cooperation with CEPS, including TRIGGER, RESPECT, EU-CITZEN, ASILE and JUD-IT.
We also hope to reconnect with any alumni participating in the Ideas Lab, and encourage all of them to drop by to say hello.
