Immerse yourself in Italian history and culture this week: on Wednesday 9 March the history of Rome; on Saturday 12 March, gastronomy, culture and language.

On Wednesday evening, come to Villa Raimondi at 18:00 to learn about the Eternal City, Rome. For more information read What do we speak about when we speak about Italy? (PDF) This lecture is in English and there is no need to enrol.  Just turn up!

On Saturday, we meet at Piazza D'Azeglio at 11:00 to begin the perfect match between walking, talking and eating. This week's walk revolves around Pellegrino Artusi, famed author of La scienza in cucina e l'arte di mangiar bene (1891). All talking and tasting will be in Italian.
