What happens if I change my bank account?
Answer:

When you change your bank account, you should notify the Human Resources Service in order to arrange the payment of your salary into the new account.

Please fill in the bank details form (EN ; IT) and send it to your contact person in HR, and attach a copy of:

  • a recent bank statement, or an official document with your bank account details - if existing bank account
  • your contract with the bank - if new account
  • the communication of the bank - if new IBAN

The new bank details will be communicated to the Accounting Service for the payment of your salary.

Please take into consideration that any change in the bank account details can be applied only after about 30 days from your formal request.
