Tailored training
In partnership with the World Bank Group, the EUI School of Transnational Governance is organising a tailored study visit of two days in Florence (24-25 October 2022). This event is organised as part of the "Supporting Innovation in Romanian catching-up regions" project, implemented by the World Bank Group and funded by the European Commission – DG REGIO.
The study visit is designed to address the topic of Financing Innovation and includes a series of training sessions on general aspects of research valorisation and innovation equity financing as well as on-site and peer-to-peer learning experiences. The sessions will be paying particular attention to practical learning, cases studies, and exercises. The participants, Romanian Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) representatives working on Smart Specialisation or/and Innovation and representatives from key ministries will have the opportunity to explore various types of financing options and initiatives that could inform their upcoming programmes.
