Executive Committee

The Committee meets to deal with the day-to-day management of the Institute.

The Committee meets to deal with the day-to-day management of the Institute. It prepares decision-making documents for the Academic Council, and is part of the decision-making process which leads to High Council decisions.

A number of tasks are delegated to the Executive Committee by the Academic Council, for example:

  • approval of the composition of examining boards
  • nomination of research assistants and postdoctoral fellows
  • nomination of visiting professors and part-time professors

  • One representative of the STG Master students
  • One representative of the PhD researchers
  • One representative of the postdoctoral fellows
  • Head of Budget and Financial Service
  • Director of Academic Service
  • Senior Administrator for Strategy and Development
  • The secretariat is provided by the Central Coordination Unit
