For a European higher education such as the EUI, predicated on transcending national borders and promoting dialogue between cultures, the military invasion of a sovereign state is deeply shocking.

The EUI Community resolutely stands with the people of Ukraine at this tragic time and mobilises to assist those who are in need of protection.

The EUI has opened its programmes to all directly affected by the war in Ukraine.

Funding and admission

We support the victims of the invasion of Ukraine

The EUI will provide funding opportunities to support candidates of any nationality who are directly affected by the war in Ukraine.

This includes candidates who live in Ukraine, have been displaced or cannot return to Ukraine because of the war, or who are directly affected for other reasons that can be specified in the application.
