This three-hour session will provide you with further knowledge and a better understanding of Horizon Europe. It will focus in particular on the challenges you will most likely face when applying for, implementing and finalising your project. Hints and tips will be given as well as opportunities to ask questions.

• The role of the project coordinator/partner;
• Planning project activities: strategies and tools;
• Monitoring project activities.
