Latvian citizen are eligible to apply. Non Latvian citizen holding a permanent residence permit in Latvia are eligible to apply.

Monthly grant: 1.505 € as of 01.01.2024
Family allowance: no
Travel allowance: 450 €
Insurance: yes
The Grant Authority provides a monthly grant for the first three years of EUI Ph.D. Programme. The fourth year is covered by the EUI (2024 EUI monthly grant amount is 1,505 EUR per month, in addition to other allowances).
