EUI Forum on Democratic Participation and Future of Europe

The Forum is an initiative of the European University Institute’s School of Transnational Governance (STG) to explore the range, promise and potential of citizen participation in Europe, by taking the Conference on the Future of Europe (CoFoE) as a case in point. While the focus is the European Union and its neighbouring countries, the Union is but one instance of our global 21st century challenge to invent new forms of transnational democracy. Participation in the event is by invitation only and all deliberations will take place under the Chatham House Rule (no views or positions may be attributed publicly to any participants).
