This is the second of four Conversations for the Future of Europe in 2021, focusing on how the COVID-19 pandemic and other crises such as Brexit, the rise of populism and threats to Rule of Law have darkened Europe’s political environment. The speakers will offer suggestions on what Europe can do to reform and stabilise its institutions and reconnect with citizens.
