Should competition law and policy change to accommodate sustainability concerns? And if it should, what changes are required? This CLWG debate aims to provide tools to navigate the question whether greening cartel law is a relevant way forward. The four panelists, two lawyers and two economists, will explore the issues and controversies raised by the greening of competition law from both a legal and economic perspective, offering a plurality of points of view.
