The workshop aims to bring together scholars working on gender norms, and gender-based violence in connection with the labour market, broadly conceived. This workshop seeks to discuss the new insights in the existing literature by considering the challenges encountered when studying gender norms in the labour market, including capturing them in both experimental and observational designs. It also aims to provide a forum for scholars to share their research and create a network of scholars dedicated to exploring the knowledge in this domain.
