Mr. Ratliff's comprehensive review covers a range of important developments from 2022 and 2023, including:EU legislative and European Commission practice developments, such as the revised Horizontal Guidelines and BERs, the draft market definition notice, and changes to the Guidance paper on art.102 TFEU enforcement priorities;Important judgments by the European Courts dealing with general issues in EU competition law, cartel appeals and other art. 101 cases, art. 102 TFEU cases, procedural issues, and damages cases;Recent European Commission decisions;Selected policy issues arising in the wake of the DMA and of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation. The Competition Law Working Group is a forum where EUI members, external researchers, and practitioners working on antitrust law and economics discuss their work and interact with other scholars.
