The EU’s foreign and security policy is in urgent need of a reboot. With a new EU leadership team taking over, the time to do it is now. The EU’s way of doing foreign policy was set up in a world at peace, where multilateralism was strong and global rules and norms were upheld. That world is gone.

During this event, Steven Everts will present the EU Institute for Security Studies' ten ideas to revamp EU foreign policy, ambitious yet actionable, and necessary to implement. These ten ideas are grouped into three broad categories: new ways of thinking, working, and acting.
