This online event features a roundtable entitled Doing a PhD in History, why and what for? (14.00-15.30 CET) with Professors and PhD researchers sharing about their doctoral experience and the research opportunities offered by the EUI History department.
The roundtable will be followed by an info session (15.45-17.15 CET) presenting the EUI PhD Programme, with a Q&A to help you navigate the application process

Programme: The guests and chair will be discussing their PhD journeys and their research experience at the History Department of the EUI. Special attention will be given to Intersectional History as research theme of the year in 2024! Join us and get a chance to meet members of the department as well as talk about the motivations and concerns involved in taking the decision to sign up for a PhD.
