In this event, Alejandro Chehtman, Alexandra Huneeus, and Sergio Puig, will present their co-edited book, Latin American International Law in the 21st Century.
The workshop will explore the international economic law dimension of the past, present, and future of Latin American International Law. In particular, the aim of the workshop is to explore the connections and tensions between the project of consolidating sovereignty, non-intervention, democracy and human rights, with the project of economic development, regional integration and global trade & investment regulation.
