A TEU dialogue: rule of law, constitutional identity, and institutional balance

The European Union Law Working Group takes the opportunity to hear from three outstanding researchers visiting the EUI Department of Law who work in and with EU law. The topics of the visiting researchers’ presentations concern the rhetorics of the EU rule of law, the meaning of constitutional identity in EU law scholarship, and the role of the European Central Bank in the EU's Green Transition based on the principle of institutional balance. The Visiting Researchers’ Forum will allow the EUI community to learn about and engage with their latest work. You can read more about their presentations in the abstracts in the attached document.
