Call for job-shadowing | EUI Widening Europe Programme

The EUI Widening Europe Programme invites administrative personnel working in higher education institutions or public research centres in eligible targeted Widening countries to apply for job-shadowing offers at the European University Institute (EUI).

Administrative personnel working in the academic and/or research institutions that cover the areas of social sciences and humanities are invited to apply for a short job-shadowing visit to the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence.

In the framework of the EUI Widening Europe Programme, this initiatives will contribute to knowledge exchange and best practices-sharing within one of the administrative units involved in the call.

Applicants must be affiliated to a public higher education institution/research centre and hold the nationality of one of the targeted countries listed below:

Inside the European Union: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Outside the European Union: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo1, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Further information on the application procedure for each administrative unit of the EUI can be found here. The deadline to apply is 14 May 2025, 23:59 CEST.

This initiative is funded by the EUI Widening Europe Programme. With contributions from the European Union and EUI Contracting States, the programme is designed to strengthen internationalisation, competitiveness, and quality in research in targeted Widening countries, and thus foster more cohesive European Higher Education and Research Areas.
