With a duration of three years, the MoU between the EUI and UNICEF Innocenti - Global Office of Research and Foresight focuses on consolidating joint efforts in the areas of research, policy dialogue, events, executive education, and training.
The key areas of this collaboration consist in the advancement of research and policy dialogue, sharing of knowledge, and raising of awareness on children's rights and related public policies, including migration, education, and healthcare. The MoU also seeks to contribute to the international agenda on children's rights and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through the advancement of research, training, and debates. Further activities within the framework of this cooperation focus on research projects, dissemination of events, executive education courses, and curricular internships for master students at the Florence School of Transnational Governance.
