Over the past 20 years, we have trained over 25,000 policy professionals through more than 620 courses. In 2025, we are expanding our offerings with 45 new executive training courses, designed to meet the dynamic challenges of today’s policy environment. With participants from around 160 countries and expertise across a range of areas—including national public administrations, EU institutions, international organisations, and the private sector—the EUI provides a unique global platform for learning, collaboration, and innovation, building new synergies between the public sector, the private sector and civil society.

Your career growth, our commitment

Whether you are navigating issues in policy, regulation, digitalisation, media, migration, climate, leadership, economy, finance, or international security, EUI executive education provides the tools and skills to become active agents of change, designing and implementing effective policy solutions for transnational challenges.

Open-call courses, available in various formats—online, residential, blended, and hybrid—combine academic rigour with practical expertise to fit the needs of working professionals.

For those seeking a deeper, interdisciplinary approach, to delve into cutting-edge policy issues, the new EUI Global Executive Master (GEM) offers a two-year, part-time blended programme. Leveraging the world-class expertise of the schools of the EUI, the GEM focuses on four key specialisations: 'Energy and Climate', 'Economy and Finance', 'Tech and Governance', 'Geopolitics and Security'. This approach is particularly appreciated by current GEM participants. “I was initially looking for an MBA”, highlighted Koralia Kontou, Project Officer at the European Commission, “but I think this programme is even better because it is more interdisciplinary”.

Why choose the EUI in 2025?

Executive education participants benefit from:
