Biography

Francesco Vinci is a Policy and Programme Manager at the Delegation of the European Union to Myanmar, specialising in digitalisation, private sector growth, economic development, and trade. With over 10 years of experience in EU affairs across the public and private sectors, his focus areas include digital policy, trade, and sustainable development. Francesco holds a combined BA and MA in Law, as well as a BA in International Relations from the University of Bologna. He also participated in exchange programmes at Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil.
