Giorgio Falchi is a Research Assistant at the Florence School of Banking and Finance (FBF). He is currently supporting the design and implementation of the Central Banking and Banking Supervision Executive Education Programme. His main research topics are climate finance, green bonds, and emerging market economies. Before joining the FBF, he worked in the development and climate finance sector at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Association of European Development Finance Institutions (EDFI). Giorgio holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florence and a joint master’s degree in International Security from the University of Trento and Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies.
