Biography

Jan Cornillie is an environmental economist, trained in London and Oxford. After two years at OXERA, he pursued a career in government, serving as chief of cabinet for various Belgian ministers of Transport, Energy and Economy. Jan currently heads the Global Advisory Services team at 3E, a Brussels-based technical advisory in solar, wind, storage and renewables for hydrogen. He joined the Florence STG team in 2020, specialising in climate policy, energy markets and sustainable finance.
