Luca Bernasconi is a Research Associate at the Migration Policy Centre, where he participates in projects related to the study of irregular migration (MIrreM) and mobility (Global Mobilities Project) under the supervision of Professor Ettore Recchi. He previously interned at the Swiss Forum for Migration and Population Studies (SFM) in Neuchâtel in 2020. He later assisted Lorenzo Piccoli on the Citizenship, Migration and Mobility in a Pandemic (CMMP) project. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto and is currently finishing his Master of Statistics and Data Science at KU Leuven.
