Cultural Heritage Working Group

This group is dedicated to research and conversation about the definition, significance, protection, and regulation of cultural heritage, and cultural rights. We encourage cross-fertilization of scholarship from other disciplines, including law, history, politics, and archaeology.

The working group is delighted to have the support of Prof. Neha Jain from the Law Department.
