Internet service providers as co-enforcers of EU Criminal Law: perspectives from Brussels

This project has received funding via the EUI ESR call 2024, dedicated to Early Stage Researchers.

This project concerns the role of internet service providers in EU criminal law and related fundamental rights issues. It relies on a doctrinal analysis of different EU regulations on electronic evidence and illegal content which I investigate as case studies. This doctrinal analysis will be supported and complemented by extensive expert interviews, with actors who have been involved in the drafting and negotiations of the relevant EU legislation.
