INTELLECTUAL EXPERTISE/COLLABORATION RELATED TO RESEARCH ACTIVITIES:
A flowchart showing the main characteristics of the procurement procedure to be followed for the exceptional case of intellectual expertise/collaborations related to research purposes of a value below 60.000 EUR, where an obvious monopoly or a prominent position of an economic operator in a highly specialised market exists (Art. 17 bis + Annex I, Art. 1 d. PPR).
EXCEPTIONAL CASES NOT RELATED TO RESEARCH ACTIVITIES (MAINLY MONOPOLY/PROMINENT POSITION IN A HIGHLY SPECIALISED MARKET):

NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE:
A flowchart showing the main characteristics of the negotiated procedure referring to a value up to 60.000 EUR (Art. 17 + Annex I, Art. 1 d. PPR).
