Purpose
This workshop aims to prepare first year researchers for their prospectus, by clarifying the parts and purposes of the thesis prospectus.
Description
The 1st session of the Prospectus workshop is a general overview session, where instructors talk to the researchers about what is expected in the Thesis Prospectus and the best strategy for delivering a good Prospectus.
Then, in 2nd session, the group is divided in two, with one group led by Professor Hix and the other by Professor Hemerijck. Every researcher then presents their outline in 5 minutes and is provided feedback.
The researchers will be asked to submit their outline in late January so that they can receive written feedback before the second workshop.
