This material also includes the reports drawn up by various divisions of the Bank, most notably those of the Audit Committee, an independent body established under the EEC Treaty; the Operations Evaluation Department which, under the Inspectorate General, undertakes ex- post evaluations on the quality and results of the operations of the EIB Group; and finally the Development Economic Advisory Service, Unit of the Directorate for Operations.

These documents are supplemented by annual geographical reports, such as the reports of the Facility for European Mediterranean Investment and Partnership (FEMIP) or the EU-Africa infrastructure Trust Fund and reports by economists prepared by the Department of Economic Analysis of the Bank.

In addition, the series of occasional publications of the Bank entitled ‘EIB/EIB Papers’ is completed with the addition of the volumes from 2012-2016, as well as the publication from the Bank’s Information and Communication Department ‘BEI-Information’  augmented with the editions from 2013, 2014 and the beginning of 2015.

Finally, publications on energy, environment, health, transport, telecommunications, business and commemorations were added to the series of thematic publications covering the period between 2004 and 2016.
