Close sidebar Home » Services and Admin » Human Resources Service » Rules & Regulations » Complaints and appeals Open sidebar menu Requests, Complaints & Appeals Administrative and Teaching Staff may send the EUI “relevant service” (for requests) or “President” (for complaints) or the Court of Justice of the European Union (for appeals) with regard to staff disputes: a request to take a decision by the relevant service a complaint to the President seeking the annulment or amendment of a decision taken by the relevant service, including the rejection of a request, constituting an act adversely affecting them a judicial appeal to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) if the complaint is rejected, whether expressly or implicitly Before initiating the above procedure, EUI staff or other categories concerned should always try to resolve any conflict by contacting the relevant EUI service to discuss the problem and try to find a solution.
