Call for Papers

Guide for authors

Authors are encouraged to submit their latest research, case studies, and technological advancements aligned with the theme and topics of interest of one of the workshops. Please see the workshop descriptions for further information on the research questions to be addressed.

Please use our online proposal submission system. The proposal should include a title, the names and institutional affiliations of all authors, an indication of which author will be presenting at the workshop, and abstract of no more than 400 words. Submitted proposals will be reviewed by the conveners of the individual workshops.

The online paper submission portal will be made accessible to paper-givers who have been accepted to participate at a later stage. The precise specifications for the papers will be agreed with the workshop convenor, and will depend in part on the expected dissemination outcomes. The general expectation is that the length of individual papers should not exceed 10,000 words, including notes and references.
