The Academy has awarded the diploma in 'Human Rights' to Kamil Sobański, PhD candidate at the Digital Justice Center at the University of Krakow, and Emilie Else Schultz, graduate student at the University of Copenhagen.

The diploma in 'The Law of the European Union' was awarded to Carl Jauslin, a lawyer at the Swiss Federal Office of Justice in Bern and PhD candidate at the University of Basel, and Areg Zarouhi Navasartian Havani, a teaching assistant and doctoral researcher at Université libre de Bruxelles.

Each year, the Academy organises two summer courses, offering a stimulating learning experience to researchers and law practitioners coming from a variety of countries, and from 30 different nationalities.

Although primarily based on the topics covered in the courses, the diploma exam requires an advanced knowledge of the field. Only participants who demonstrate an excellent analysis of the subject matter are awarded the diploma.

Next year, the two Academy summer courses will take place from 16 to 27 June 2025. The application process will open in February 2025.
