On 19 January, the EU Trainees Job Fair takes place at the European Commission Charlemagne building in Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels, Belgium from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CET.
This event is aimed at job seekers who wish to explore new career opportunities, network with staff, and learn more about work-life balance, the interview process, benefits, culture and work environment, as well as career development at the EUI and beyond.
The EUI is an international post-graduate and post-doctoral teaching and research institute with a unique and diverse community of academic, research, and administrative services. The members of the EUI are crucial in the creation and development of a diverse, multicultural, multilingual, and multinational research environment with a worldwide academic reputation.
It offers a range of academic and administrative career opportunities for qualified, dynamic professionals of all levels:
- Academic positions within the four departments – Economics; History and Civilisation; Law; Political and Social Sciences; or within dedicated research centres – the Robert Schuman Centre, the Max Weber Programme for Postdoctoral Studies, and the Florence School of Transnational Governance
- Administrative positions within services or units that deliver core functions to the Institute: Academic Service, Budget and Financial Affairs Service, Central Coordination Unit, Communications Service, Historical Archives of the European Union, Human Resources Service, ICT Service, Internal Audit Office, Language Centre, Library, Real Estate and Facilities Service; or within the four departments or within dedicated research centres
