The EUI is a global network of people, academic resources and research projects, offering real-life professional and personal experiences in an international and multi-lingual environment.
The Institute is committed to attracting, encouraging and retaining a highly qualified workforce to support our mission of excellence in doctorate and post-doctorate studies and research.
Administrative staff work either:
within the 4 academic departments:
within dedicated research centres: the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, the Max Weber Programme for Postdoctoral Studies, and the School of Transnational Governance;
within Services that deliver core functions to the Institute:
The posts covered by the Staff Regulations are graded, according to the nature and importance of the duties to which they relate, in an administrators’ function group AD, an assistants’ function group AST. The regulations include the possibility of FG positions, and traineeships.
The EUI advertises its competitions through its website and its social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram).
