Check out JournalTOCs, which pulls together a database of Table of Contents (TOCs) from scholarly journals and provides a convenient single "one stop shop" interface to these TOCs. It includes 2,846 journals subscribed by EUI for which you have full-text access. Library users have access to historical databases of newspapers, in addition to extensive collections of microforms.
