Helpdesk down - 17 October

Please be informed that the EUI Helpdesk platform is currently (17 October) experiencing problems with the general server, so that the system is down both on the operators' and users' side: our IT technicians are already working on this issue and we hope to have it restored back to normal as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, the phone line remains operational, so for any emergencies until 6 pm please call ext. 2600.
