EUI helpdesk - On-line platform scheduled maintenance

Please be informed that the EUI Helpdesk platform will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance intervention starting today, Friday 7 February at 16:00 until next Monday 10 Feb at 8:00: the online platform will therefore be totally inaccessible during this time slot. 

• To submit an urgent support request from 16:00 to 18.00 today please call the helpdesk Phone number 2600 (+39 055 4685600);
• To submit  an urgent support request today after 18.00 and during the weekend (Saturday 8 to Sunday 9) please call the emergency number 2999 (+39 055 4685999);
• To submit a non-urgent support request after 16:00 today please send a mail message to [email protected]: the request will be put on hold during the maintenance and the ticket will be automatically registered as soon as the Helpdesk platform is online again on Monday 10 Feb at 8:00.
