Summer School on Law and Logic

Below are links for general background materials on logic. It is not necessary to study these materials in advance, since there may be specific materials assigned for each session (not from the texts listed below). We offer them optionally, for those who are interested in additional explanation of logic and the formal study of argumentation. Note that there is also a sizeable collection of articles on the Logocratic Method, which is the general theory of argument that guides the Summer School.
