- To celebrate the UNESCO World Day for Audiovisual Heritage on 27 October 2019, the Historical Archives of the European Union is pleased to announce the addition of the "Advertising Europe Film Collection" to its repository. The database holds detailed information on over 250 information films which promoted the idea of European integration between the late 1940s until the early 1970s.

- On Wednesday, 16 October at 16:00,The Department for European Politics, which is part of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers, will host the conference "Il percorso di democratizzazione dell' Unione Europea" .
