Before arrival, registering at the EUI

The Welcome Office oversees the arrival and departure of academic and administrative staff, fellows, and visitors.

It provides information on EUI services and helps newcomers and their families to settle into the working and community life of the EUI and Florence.

The Welcome Office is located just off the Badia Cloister, office BF 443.

Researchers and Students

Registration Day for researchers and students starting in September is scheduled for the first week of September. Details of the registration day and welcome events are usually sent in the early summer by Academic Service or the STG.

During registration, we will hand you your EUI card and provide you with information on the EUI in general.

 

Fernand Braudel and Simone Veil Fellows

Fellows can register individually with Marcello Pacitti at the Welcome Office.

During registration, we will provide you with your EUI card and provide information about the EUI and the services available to you during your stay.
