The RE&FS is responsible for the organization and coordination of catering services on the occasion of events taking place at the EUI.
Catering services are supplied by an outsourced company (Hoster Food), managed and coordinated by EUI staff (Gloria Peruzzi - ext. 2385).
Catering Services include:
- Tea/Coffee break
- Cocktail
- Working lunch
- Buffet lunch
- Full-service lunch
- Full-service dinner
- Drinks supply (water, wine, fruit juice)
- Prosecco (for thesis defense)
- Barbecue
- LuncheonVoucher (please see instructions below)
- Coffee voucher (Small, Large, Medium)
- Lunch box
- Sandwiches (for meetings)

Management and Invoicing of Meal (Luncheon) Vouchers
- Insertion of Vouchers on the Event Platform:The event organizer inserts the number of meal vouchers expected to be needed for the event on the Event platform before the start of the event.
- Preparation of Paper Vouchers:The event organizer fills out the meal voucher digitally in all its fields and delivers it to the visitor and/or participant of their event.
- Management of Paper Vouchers by Hoster Food:At the end of the service, Hoster Food will sort the vouchers for each event, place them in an envelope indicating the event contact person, and deliver them to the relevant reception.
- Post-Event Communication and Reporting:After verifying the exact number of meal vouchers actually used, if this differs from the number requested on the Event platform, the event organizer must communicate the actual number of vouchers used via email to [email protected] no later than 5 working days from the event date.
