2024 Edition
In 2024, the programme of BHM at the EUI comprised scholarly events featuring international academics, activists, and cultural practitioners, alongside film screenings, blog post articles, and a poster exhibition made through a collaborative effort between researchers and the EUI Library. This edition has a notable emphasis on addressing the critical issues of the invisibilization of Black subjectivities, systemic and institutional racism, and the imperative for European scholarship to actively engage with non-white epistemologies. This year's programming specifically aimed to confront these concerns, fostering discussions, debates, and academic engagements centered around these themes.
